Přísně zakázáno je zasílání nekalé reklamy (spamu) prostřednictvím diskusních skupin, e-mailových zpráv, SMS, faxu nebo pošty jakožto i ostatních telekomunikačních prostředků. Partner je povinen dodržovat Zákon č. 480/2004 Sb., o některých službách informační společnosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Především je zásadní § 7 - Šíření obchodních sdělení, kde je uvedeno toto (zjednodušeně):

• *Každá takováto zpráva/email/nabídka nesmí skrývat nebo utajovat totožnost odesílatele, jehož jménem se komunikace uskutečňuje.

• *Každá takováto zpráva/email/nabídka musí být zaslána s platnou adresou, na kterou by mohl adresát přímo a účinně zaslat informaci o tom, že si nepřeje, aby mu byly obchodní informace odesílatelem nadále zasílány.

Veškeré obchodní sdělení (SMS, email), které jakkoliv souvisí se spoluprací dle těchto podmínek, je partner oprávněn rozesílat pouze po předchozím souhlasu provozovatele a pouze ve znění a grafické úpravě, která bude předem provozovatelem odsouhlasena. V případě nedodržení ztrácí partner nárok na odměnu v kalendářním měsíci, kdy porušení proběhlo a zavazuje se uhradit smluvní pokutu 10.000 Kč za každé jednotlivé porušení.
