Terms and Conditions
• We do not allow trademark bidding.
• We do not allow paid search direct linking.
• We allow certain downloadable software partners to join our program.
• We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
• Coupon/Offer Code Policy - Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Pepperjam affiliate program. Please note that sales containing a code that is not provided directly by us or is not listed within Pepperjam may be subject to commission reversals and may result in your removal from the program.
• We may discontinue your participation in the Program if we determine (in our sole discretion) that Your Site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, sites that:
1. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
2. promote illegal activities;
3. promote violence;
4. promote sexually explicit materials;
5. promote materials that violate intellectual property rights, including Zazzle's intellectual property rights;
6. Include in the site's URL "Zazzle" or any other trademark of us or our affiliates, or variations of misspellings of any of such trademarks.

Guidelines for approval to the program:
We invite all web publishers to apply to the program. We review each application carefully and determine eligibility at our sole discretion. We will deny approval to web sites promoting the following subject matter: sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination of any kind based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age, illegal activities, and/or violation of intellectual property rights.

You may NOT bid on relevant keyword strings containing the trademarks, such as "Zazzle Coupon" and “Zazzle.co.uk Promotions".
Promotional copy may be used in PPC ads only for valid promotions available through Webgains.
You may bid on products sold on our web sites.
You may not use Zazzle display urls in place of your own in PPC ads. You may not direct link to any Zazzle web sites from a search engine listing/ad.
These policies apply to all websites owned by Zazzle, including international sites.
