Quotenest is looking for an Affiliate Partners who can drive quality and compliant traffic for Auto Insurance in the US states mentioned in the mail below. We would like to onboard you as an affiliate partner for our Auto Insurance CPL campaign via our platform Quote Nest.

QuoteNest Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The QuoteNest Affiliate Program (“Program”) is operated through the Tradedoubler Affiliate Network on behalf of Zero1 Inc. (“Advertiser”). Affiliates participating in the Program agree to comply with the following terms and conditions in addition to Tradedoubler’s Publisher Terms and Conditions.

Commission Structure

Commission Type: Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Payout: USD $6.00 per approved lead

Tracking Window: 30 days post-click

Validation Period: Up to 90 days from lead submission

A lead will only qualify for commission once validated and approved by the Advertiser.

Definition of a Valid Lead

A lead is considered valid only if all of the following criteria are met:

Lead submits accurate and complete information through the approved QuoteNest funnel.

Lead includes a valid and deliverable email address.

Lead includes a valid, working phone number.

Lead is contactable within four (4) follow-up attempts.

Lead has not submitted duplicate information.

Lead has not been submitted to the Advertiser within the previous 30 days.

Lead has provided active consent through the landing page consent form.

Lead originates from genuine consumer interest.

The Advertiser reserves the right to reject leads that fail validation requirements.

Invalid Leads & Non-Payable Activity

The following traffic and lead types are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for commission:

Fake or invalid phone numbers

Fake or undeliverable email addresses

Duplicate leads

Bot traffic

Automated submissions

Incentivized traffic

Fraudulent or misleading traffic sources

Leads generated without proper user consent

Leads that are non-contactable

Leads generated through malware, spyware, forced redirects, or deceptive advertising

Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in:

Reversal of commissions

Immediate suspension from the Program

Removal from the Tradedoubler Network

Possible legal action where applicable

Approved Traffic Sources

Affiliates may promote the Program through approved publisher models including:

Content websites

Influencer/content creators

Cashback/loyalty sites

Coupon/voucher sites

Price comparison platforms

Technology and miscellaneous publishers

All promotional methods must comply with applicable laws, FTC guidelines, and Tradedoubler network policies.

Search & Trademark Policy

Affiliates may not:

Bid on the Advertiser’s trademarked terms or misspellings

Use the Advertiser’s brand name in paid search ads without written approval

Direct-link from paid search ads to the Advertiser landing page unless expressly authorized

Misrepresent themselves as the Advertiser

Creative & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must not:

Use misleading claims or deceptive advertising

Suggest guaranteed insurance approval or pricing

Use unauthorized creatives or altered landing pages

Promote through adult, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content

All marketing materials are subject to approval by the Advertiser and/or Tradedoubler.

Compliance & Data Privacy

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

GDPR

CCPA

TCPA

CAN-SPAM

Applicable local marketing and privacy laws

Affiliates must maintain proper records of user consent where required by law.

Lead Validation & Payment

All leads are subject to manual and/or automated review.

The Advertiser reserves the right to reject invalid or fraudulent leads during the validation period.

Approved commissions will be paid according to Tradedoubler’s payment schedule and publisher terms.

Program Management

The Advertiser and Tradedoubler reserve the right to:

Modify commission rates

Update these terms at any time

Suspend or terminate affiliates for policy violations or low-quality traffic

Reverse commissions associated with invalid activity

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.
