After receiving your application, we will evaluate your website. Your application will be reviewed within 48 hours for working days. You may be declined from the program if your website content is not a match for us, features inappropriate content, and/or your listed URL is invalid. We reserve the right to reject any application, however, we encourage you to contact us if you feel we have made an incorrect decision.

PPC BIDDING RULES
Publishers are not allowed to promote XPPen via PPC. Including but not limited to:

(1) Bidding on any of our trademarked terms (examples of which are identified below) or domain names are NOT allowed, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns anywhere.
(2) Direct links to our website from any Pay-Per-Click ad or use redirects that yield the same result are NOT allowed. 
(3) Google Ads and Facebook Ads are NOT allowed.
(4) Search Engine Marketing is NOT allowed.
Example Trademarked Terms: XPPen, XPPEN, XP-PEN, XP-Pen, xppen, xp-pen, xppen.com, storexppen.com, and all kinds of misspellings or variations, etc. 

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
1. Never declare or act as a representative for XPPen as a publisher, which is not available for publishers.
2. Use of our brand name within publisher website domains is prohibited.
3. You cannot do any SPAM promotion, or your account will be removed in this manner, and without any commission or rewards will be paid.
4. Never attempt to modify or copy storexppen.com or XPPen logo in any manner.
5. Don't use the XPPen logo as the profile, header or site logo.
6. Libelous, defamatory, obscene, terrorist, racist, sexually harassing or pornographic, alcohol, tobacco, or gambling/lottery or other related sites are not allowed. Any contents or materials contained or available through your website shall not violate any civil or criminal laws, including those regulating the use and distribution of content on the internet.
7. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-through using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.
8. Publisher cannot work with XPPen by drop shipping, any drop shipping order won't be commissioned.
9. DNS hijacking, domain hijacking and any black hat technology are not allowed. attempt to modify or alter our Site in any way, make any representations, either express or implied, or create an appearance that a visitor to your website is visiting our Site, e.g., "framing" or "wrapping" the Site, which are forbidden by XPPen.

TRANSACTIONS
Transaction values that commissions are paid on do not include: 

• Sales tax
• Delivery fees
• Credit card fees
• Additional service fees

Commissions will not be paid on gift cards and may be declined for the below reasons:

• Item returned
• Order canceled
• Duplicate order
• Customer failed the credit check
• Breach of program terms and conditions

COUPON CODE USAGE
Publishers may not advertise coupon codes obtained from non-publisher marketing channels, including from our website or email newsletter. Any promotions outside of those available on our affiliate program ad campaign list through Admitad will be considered unauthorized. Permission to use coupon codes outside of what we offer through our program must be supplied in writing.

USE OF LOGOS
Unauthorized logos, endorsements or certification of XPPen may not be used. Authorized logos, endorsements or certifications must link to the source.
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
Violation of XPPen affiliate program rules may result in the rejection of any future commissions and current open orders from the Publisher.
FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) DISCLOSURE
All publishers are required to adhere to the Federal Trade Commission guidelines as it relates to disclosing compensation.
