General Terms
Commission Eligibility:

• Commissions will not be earned on orders that are fully or partially cancelled.

• Commissions will not be paid on failed finance applications.

• Commissions are only valid for completed transactions that comply with all WarmZilla terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities:

• Strictly no cookie stuffing, link interception, or falsifying orders.

• Affiliates must not use techniques intended to artificially increase earnings or distort legitimate traffic.

• Any attempts to manipulate the tracking process or interfere with legitimate customer interactions are strictly prohibited.

Keyword Restrictions:

• Affiliates must not compete organically or via paid advertising for any keyword, branded or non-branded, associated with WarmZilla, or that WarmZilla may become associated with, without explicit written consent from WarmZilla.
  

Discount Code Terms

The use of affiliate discount codes are subject to the following conditions:

• Single Use Only: Each code can only be used once per customer.

• New Customers Only: Codes are valid for new WarmZilla customers only.

• Not to be Combined: Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or cashback schemes.

• Code Misuse: WarmZilla reserves the right to refuse or revoke discounts if misuse is suspected, including multiple uses by the same household, individual, or device.

• Affiliate Tracking: Use of the discount code must be accompanied by a valid tracked link in order for the affiliate to qualify for commission.

• Code Expiry: WarmZilla reserves the right to amend or withdraw discount codes at any time without notice.
  

Cashback Terms & Conditions:

• A completed quote is not an eligible purchase and therefore does not qualify for cashback.

• Cashback is only eligible on a completed boiler purchase.

• Cashback eligibility requires WarmZilla to successfully link the purchase to the cashback website. To ensure eligibility:

  • Log into your cashback account.

  • Click directly from the cashback site to the WarmZilla website.

  • Generate a new quote and complete the purchase in the same session.

• Cashback will not be honoured if:

  • You edit or use a previously saved quote.

  • An additional discount is applied that reduces the overall purchase price.

  • Cookie blockers or privacy settings interfere with tracking.

  • The finance application is rejected.

  • The purchase is cancelled before the installation date.

  • The transaction is not completed fully online.
    

Branding TermsBrand Bidding Restrictions:

• Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand terms or variations/misspellings of the WarmZilla name. This includes:

  • WarmZilla

  • Warm Zilla

  • WormZilla

  • WarmZiller

  • And other derivations

Organic & Paid Search Restrictions:

• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on terms where WarmZilla appears in the top 3 natural search results for generic terms.

• Restricted terms must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns related to WarmZilla.

Display URL Restrictions:

• Affiliates may not use any domain owned by WarmZilla as their display URL for PPC purposes, including but not limited to:

  • warmzilla.co.uk

  • www.warmzilla.co.uk

  • warmzilla.com

Landing Page Approval:

• Affiliates using PPC landing pages to promote WarmZilla must obtain written approval before launching.
  

Violation Consequences:

Affiliates found in breach of any of the above terms may have their commissions withheld, their discount codes deactivated, and their participation in the WarmZilla affiliate programme suspended or terminated without notice.
