Wine can sometimes be seen as a daunting product to buy but we have very easy to use navigation and faceted search results to help guide the customer through the buying process. We also stock a large range of premixed cases to make choosing and buying as simple as possible, even for a wine novice.

Our customer service levels are exemplary. We offer next day delivery as standard on all orders and have a dedicated team of customer service agents who are highly trained and very motivated to help our customers as quickly as possible. We do not have any automated call handling – customers’ calls are answered quickly by a real and friendly person: 90% of phone calls are answered within 15 seconds and 60% of emails are answered within 3 hours (including emails received out of hours). We are finalists for the Customer Focus Award at the National Business Awards.
