Immediately after we receive a Lead an Agent from our Contact Center calls the prospect to book him an appointment with one of our Security Consultants. Our Agents usually call within one to two minutes after we’ve received the Lead and can book an appointment as early as the day after.
A Security Consultant then visits the prospect and gives him a demo of the product. If he wants the alarm can be installed the same day.

Appendix 1 The Service

The Supplier (the affiliate network), together with the publicist engaged by the Supplier, will conduct marketing services on behalf of Verisure, in accordance with the Agreement regarding marketing services. The services performed are detailed in this Appendix 1 (“Service”).

The following Service will be performed by the Supplier;

E-mails which include pre-approved marketing materials from Verisure will be sent out to consumers who have given their approval to receive such direct marketing via e-mail. The e-mail marketing will be sent out once a week by publicist [xx]. Only the publicist [xx] has the approval to send e-mail marketing on behalf of the Supplier. 

The purpose of the marketing Service is to generate leads (unique phone numbers opted in via the e-mail marketing activities of concern).

The publicist shall primarily send the e-mail marketing to the target audience; Age 20-65, families and safety and security concerned, interested in family, home, interior, sport, tech, travel and lifestyle.

The publicists shall only send one “send-out” to the same target audience (unique e-mail addresses) per week.

The publicist shall not send any marketing e-mails with the sender line containing the name Verisure. 

All marketing e-mails must include a clear and evident signature of the publicist name in the e-mail demonstrating that the publicist is the sender.

The Supplier is entitled to the following compensation for conducting the marketing Service: 50 SEK per unique lead excluding duplications. 

Verisure must approve the following content in all e-mails:

Subject line;

Sender line;

Text;

Images;

Link text; and

Link to landing page.

The Supplier or the publicist engaged by the Supplier may only send e-mail marketing with content provided or approved by Verisure in accordance with this Appendix 1. Content provided by Verisure may not be modified or altered in any way unless Verisure has given prior written consent to a modification or alteration. 

Verisure reserves the right to amend the instructions set forth in this Appendix 1 at any time at its sole discretion. The Supplier and any publicist engaged by the Supplier for the performance of the Service undertake to keep themselves informed of the content in this Appendix 1 at all times.
