Commission structure
A linear commision model will be handled within the Verf.nl affiliate program.
This way each publisher that contributed to a single sale/transaction will receive a
part of the total commission. The CPS will be divided equally.
Also a basket freeze will be active within the program, locking the basket, sale
and commission for all publishers but the last one, if the last publisher is a
voucher code.
