Terms and Conditions
Our Search Policy does not allow bidding on our proprietary VeggieTales keywords for paid search programs. This includes any words that are proprietary to the VeggieTales brand or character franchises (VeggieTales, Veggie Tales, VeggieTales Toys, VeggieTales DVDs, VeggieTales Music, LarryBoy, Larry Boy, 3-2-1 Penguins!, Big Idea, etc). However, you may use VeggieTales keywords in the optimization of your site and utilize such words for internal search purposes.
You may not use our brand name or domain name, or any variation or misspelling of our brand name, as the display domain in any search advertisement. This includes Google AdSense.
No Direct Linking.
Affiliate Publisher may bid on search terms from Web Site search engines or other directory or referral services (e.g. Yahoo Search Marketing, Google, etc. collectively “Search Engines”), provided that (i)Publisher Affiliate’s search terms, listing titles and descriptions, and the content of their Web sites do not violate the copyright or any other rights of Big Idea, Inc. (VeggieTales) or third party, as determined by Big Idea, Inc. at its sole discretion; and (ii)Publisher Affiliate complies with the following guidelines, as determined by Big Idea, Inc. and its sole discretion: Affiliate Publisher Ads shall not be displayed in response to a keyword query containing VeggieTales or any other VeggieTales trademark, not any confusingly similar term, and Affiliate Publisher will not be paid for any transactions resulting from any keyword or phrase containing search keyword (including but not limited to VeggieTales, Veggie Tales, LarryBoy, Larry Boy, or any derivative therein. Affiliate Publisher may be required to employ negative keyword matching to prevent violation of this guideline. If Affiliate Publisher bids on permitted keywords not in combination with Big Idea’s trademarks, then all such advertising placements must comply with the Terms of Service for the Search Engine that will display the advertising. Affiliate Publisher’s site shall not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of Big Idea’s or VeggieTales’ site, nor shall Affiliate Publisher create the impression that its site is part of the Big Idea or VeggieTales domains or reseller program. Affiliate Publisher shall not use VeggieTales trademarks, or any variation or misspellings of those trademarks, in its URL, company name, business name, or site name. Affiliate Publisher shall not scrape or frame, or permit the scraping or framing of, any page of the Big Idea or VeggieTales site.
Prohibited Web Site Content:
You may not create or design your Web Site or any other Web Site that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our Web Site nor design your Web Site in a manner which leads customers to believe you are BigIdea.com or VeggieTales.com or any other affiliated business
Unacceptable Web Sites:
Promotes sexually explicit materials, Promotes violence, Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, Promotes illegal activities, Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law, Includes "VeggieTales" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name, Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion, Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you in the future if we deem your content inappropriate or unsuitable for our program.
 
Coupons and Promotional Codes:
Publishers may use any coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the affiliate program or otherwise available to the public

Gift wrapping, Gift Cards, Shipping, Personalized Books or Digital Content
