Happily Unmarried reserves the right to approve or disapprove billable transaction numbers of the month.

•         Affiliate/Aggregators cannot promote the coupons published on Facebook or any other sources. If found so, we will not be paying for those transactions.

•         Affiliate/Aggregators can only promote offers distributed to them in a month.

•         No bidding on the brand or category terms in SEM allowed. If found, we will not be paying for the month.

Happily Unmarried can exclude or include any category/subcategory/product/ brands from the offers or coupons provided, without any prior notice.

T&C: Payout will be made only for delivered orders. Orders are not call verified until our solution says this is a potential RTO order.

GENERAL TERMS: 

• All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.
• Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.
• Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.
• Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.

Detailed KPI:
1. Need to maintain ROAS of 4.25X & above else billing will be on prorated.
