5- Sales generated through fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized promotion methods are not commissionable and may be voided.
6- Unauthorized sub-affiliate traffic or traffic without clear referring URLs may result in cancelled transactions.
Creative Restrictions
Affiliates may only use logos, banners, and images provided through the Awin interface unless explicit written approval is granted.
Affiliates may not copy, modify, or alter Nanit-provided creatives without approval.
Use of misleading, outdated, exaggerated, or false promotional messaging is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not register or use domain names that infringe on or resemble Nanit trademarks or brand names.
Nanit operates a restricted PPC policy.

Search engine marketing (SEM) using Nanit brand or trademark terms is not allowed.
Non-brand and long-tail keyword campaigns require prior approval from the affiliate manager.
