Your site shall not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of the True Religion (“TRUE”) Web Site, nor shall you create the impression that your site is the TRUE Site or a part of the TRUE Site. You shall not use TRUE or any variation or misspellings thereof in your URL. You shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the TRUE Site.
During the Term, you will not disparage TRUE, the TRUE Site or the TRUE product(s), or portray these in a derogatory or negative manner. Neither party may make any public announcement about the terms of the Agreement without the other party's prior written approval and consent. The parties agree that there will be no press releases issued in connection with this Agreement and you may not identify or list TRUE as a provider of Advertising to you without prior written approval from TRUE.
Coupon Codes
Only coupon and promotional codes that are provided from the Pepperjam can be used. All commission will be reversed for sales that are generated from a coupon code intended for another marketing channel or scraped from another publisher web site.
Unauthorized Commission RoutingPublishers with a direct partnership in this program are required to monetize their affiliate links through that direct relationship.
Routing transactions through a sub-network, aggregator, or intermediary platform including but not limited to cases where the publisher holds membership in a sub-network that also participates in this program is not permitted without prior written approval from True Religion.
True Religion reserves the right to audit transaction-level data to identify sub-network routing. Commissions attributed to transactions where routing through an unauthorized sub-network is identified may be reversed. Repeated violations may result in removal from the program or immediate termination upon notice.
