Each month we will send you our newsletter highlighting the latest designs and news from our site. We have created strong banners for specific types of consumers. If you require specific banners then please let us know.
The Toxic Fox program offers affiliates a tiered commission structure on a 30 day cookie as follows:

• Tier 1: 8% commission (up to £50 sales)
• Tier 2: 9% commission (£50 - £100 sales)
• Tier 3: 10% commission (over £100 sales)
• Voucher Code Sites (From Dec 1st 2012) 5%

Keyword Policy
This program has a CLOSED PPC policy. Unless Specifically authorised, ALL PPC, generic, brand or otherwise is forbidden. You are not permitted to use any of our brand terms or our marks, including misspells and other variants to gain preferential listings on any search engine. Display URL’s that contain "Toxic Fox", "ClaireaBella" and "Muddz" or any misspellings, variations, or derivatives thereof" are also not permitted.

Affiliates shall NOT purchase any domains that include any variation or misspell of Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz and shall NOT bid on any keywords or keyword phrases that include any variation or misspell of Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz in any format in any pay per click (PPC) search engine.
Affiliates are also restricted from utilising any Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz trademarks, any variations or misspells of Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz, in URLs. This includes, but is not limited to, the following search engines: Google, MSN, Yahoo, BING and Ask.
Affiliates shall NOT use 'branded term + generic terms' to gain preferential listings on any search engines, directories or any other kind of online database.
Affiliates are permitted to use appropriate keywords that do not relate to any Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz or other Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz Partnership keywords. For example, 'personalised gifts' or 'special offers' would be permitted.
Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on any of the Company's competitor's brand terms to drive traffic to the Toxic Fox website.
Affiliates acknowledge the risks of Google's extended/expanded broad match functionality and that the Company strongly recommends that the Affiliate include the terms "Toxic Fox", "ClaireaBella" and "Muddz" and misspells as negative keywords on all campaigns, in order to negate the risk of appearing on Toxic Fox, ClaireaBella and Muddz brand terms.
All clicks must first land on the Affiliate's site, and the website user must click from the Affiliate's site to www.toxicfox.co.uk. Clicks must never land directly on www.toxicfox.co.uk. Overlays and masked URLs are NOT permitted.
Affiliates shall not set up any site redirects from any page on its website or network of websites so that the page goes directly to Toxic Fox.
Affiliates shall not place any banners or links within unsolicited email, unauthorised newsgroup postings, chat rooms or through the use of "bots". Traffic generated illegally will not be commissionable. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to seek the advice of the Toxic Fox Affiliate Manager if the Affiliate is in any doubt about what it is permitted or not permitted to do, pursuant to these Terms.
Vouchers Policy
Affiliates may be provided at the discretion of Toxic Fox a discount code or coupon to promote. The offer shall be provided either exclusively or on a generic basis via your admin panel. Affiliates shall not display any code or coupon not issued to them. Any commission generated from unauthorised codes shall be reversed and the offending affiliate shall be suspended from the Toxic Fox affiliate program at our discretion.
