Commission Structure and Payments
We operate within the following commission structure:
• Cashback sites up to 5% based on performance
• Content sites up to 20% based on performance
Commission is calculated as a percentage of valid sales excluding VAT and delivery costs; it is paid when an order has been shipped from our warehouse.
We will only ever decline sales for the following reasons:
• Sale was cancelled by the customer before shipment
• The sale is fraudulent
• You have broken the terms and conditions of our programme in order to generate the sale
Programme Policies & Restrictions
Programme Restrictions
Cotswoldco does not allow trademark, trademark plus bidding, or any misspellings of the brand name. Affiliates are not permitted to use any domain names featuring the term “Cotswold Company”, "cotswoldco" or any misspellings in the url for promotional activity. E.g. www.cotswoldcofurniture.co.uk
PPC Policy
Unfortunately we do not work with PPC based affiliates.
E-mail Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited mail “spam” featuring The Cotswold Company as part of this programme. Whilst we don’t require our affiliates to get our sign off on e mail creative, we do however appreciate any transparency you can provide.
Voucher Policy
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Cotswold Company affiliate programme (either through our account or directly from our Affiliate Manager).
Any voucher code website affiliates will be offered 0% commission when they first join our program. Commission will increase once there is an indication that the traffic being sent to our website is beneficial to the business.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Any affiliate found breaking the aforementioned restrictions risks suspension from the programme and declination of any commissions earned!

Please note, commission will not be given for any code, offer, or promotion that is not available and listed as active in this network. Advertiser reserves the right to reconcile or adjust the value on any transaction that is attributed to another marketing channel.
