Submarino is a brazilian company. It's one of the pionners on the brazilian ecommerce market, it was created in 1999.

Its not allowed:

• Use of Direct ou Indirect SEM (Paid Ads) on Google, Yahoo, Bing is strictly prohibited. The violation of this rule results in the definitive blocking of the Publisher and cancellation of all the transactions;
• Does not allow use of brand name in Title, Ad Copy, Keywords & Display URL;
• Does not give commission on the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards or  redeems an e-gift card;
• SEM direct;
• SEM indirect;
• Siteunder.
