*PPC affiliates are allowed and encouraged to be a part of the program. However, please note that there is no TM bidding and any affiliate found to be TM bidding can have their sales reversed and be removed from the program.
*Loyalty/ Incentive partners are allowed into the program on a case by case basis.
*Pop Ups and Pop Unders are allowed
*Downloadable software is not allowed
*Email affiliates are allowed on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be CAN SPAM compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative.
*Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign.
*Affiliates must use the most up to date creative to promote. Any affiliate found to be using out of date creative can have their sales reversed and risks being removed from the program.
*International traffic is allowed for all countries

StrawberryNET.com SEM Guideline - Marketing
1. Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
Bidding on trademarked terms including misspellings and/or variations of the trademarked terms in any search engine should be avoided. These keywords include any term with Strawberry or StrawberryNET.
2. Recommended SEM Bidding Keywords
Contact [removed] for a list of recommended keywords.
3. Prohibited SEM Display URL Content
Usage of the StrawberryNET display URL or misspellings of the StrawberryNET trademark in the display URL should be avoided.
4. Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Using these terms in the ad copy, ad description and search terms: strawberrynet, strawberrynet.com, strawberrynet cosmetics, strawberrynet coupon, Strawberry cosmetics, Strawberry fragrance, or any terms following Strawberry or StrawberryNET, that StrawberryNET has available for sale on their website in addition to variations or misspellings of our trademark, are prohibited.
5. Limited use SEM Ad Copy Content
Affiliates may use generic keywords in their ad copy as long as it does not include any terms including Strawberry or StrawberryNET.
6. Authorized Search Engines
All major Search engines are authorized as long as the aforementioned rules are followed.
7. Direct Linking
Affiliates should have their own landing page/website. Direct linking to StrawberryNET.com or any its registered domains should be avoided. All the links are to be downloaded from Pepperjam. Constructing Pepperjam links by affiliate itself should be avoided.
8. Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
8.1 StrawberryNET reserves the rights to the advertising of our trademarked company name within all paid search campaigns on all search engines. These names include: Strawberry, StrawberryNET, StrawberryNET.com and any variations/misspellings of our trademarked name.
Please negative match all variations and misspellings of trademarked keywords including the term strawberry", "strawberry coupon", " StrawberryNET coupon, StrawberryNET cosmetics, StrawberryNET promotions, etc. Exact and broad match should be avoided on trademarked terms nor on misspellings and/or derivatives of the brand terms.
8.2 Affiliates landing pages should have their own design rather than copy the look and feel of the StrawberryNET.com site.
8.3 Affiliates may not use the language official, or official store or official site in keyword titles or descriptions.
Violators will receive one warning and if action is not taken within 48 hours to remedy the situation then the affiliate will be immediately terminated and any unpaid commissions will be unearned.
9. Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
9.1 Cyber squatting through the use of StrawberryNET trademarked terms, misspellings and/or variations within URL strings and domain names should be avoided.
9.2 Affiliate agrees not to employ any so-called fat-finger domains or typosquatters redirecting web traffic to the Affiliates link without first notifying Merchant of the use of such domains and registration information pertaining to such domains as Merchants shall specify, prior to commencing the use and following termination of the use of a fat-finger domain. A typosquatter or fat-finger domain is any domain that amounts to a misspelling of any registered or unregistered Merchant trademark. Examples of these types of misspelled domains, include, but are not limited to the following: strwberrynet.com strawberrynt.com strawbarrynet.com, strawberry-net.com and so forth.
10. Prohibited Web Site Content
Adult films, recording or magazines Sexual paraphernalia Drug paraphernalia Materials which are defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors or pornographic, child or otherwise Weapons Violence Illegal activities Gambling
11. Proper Search Engine Tactics must be followed
Publishers should avoid excessively using Strawberry, StrawberryNET keywords and any intentional variations or misspellings in Meta tags and contents. Content and keywords used in page building must adhere to proper SE tactics.
12. Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web Sites
Publishers may use the StrawberryNET Trademark in websites for proper advertising only.
