Soft Surroundings Campaign where users click on product links sending them to the product landing page so they can purchase that product or others. Affiliates will only be paid if they use product-oriented links (i.e., those that utilize lcpid). This campaign pays out a variable click commission based on the link you use from the product feed or link manager. These click commissions are estimated and can be adjusted by the merchant at any point up until they are validated and funded.

*** Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. *** We do allow incentivized partners to join our program.
*** We allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Toolbars, Browser Extensions and Browser Add-ons:
Affiliates wishing to direct traffic from a toolbar must include the name(s) of all toolbars to be used, the methods of distribution of such toolbars, and the main functions of such toolbars. Affiliate must notify Soft Surroundings in writing of material changes to its toolbar use.
Toolbars, browser extensions, and browser add-ons may set cookies and the affiliate link only upon a user's contemporaneous request. Defined: Request (click) as when a coupon is clicked on to activate the promotion. This does not include clicking the "activate or get cashback" button, the "ok" button, or the "view" available coupons button to display the coupons. ONLY when the coupon offer "button" or "link" has been actively clicked on by the user to activate the promotion at the website can the affiliate cookie and link be set. In addition, toolbars, browser extensions, and browser add-ons can never auto set a network cookie or affiliate cookie or overwrite an existing affiliate cookie. They may also not set the affiliate link or drop a network cookie or affiliate cookie via organic search links, direct load URLs, or when visiting any other website where the toolbar, browser extension, and browser add-on may display an interstitial page or pop up requesting an action by the user. An affiliate may not use, or receive traffic from, any toolbar operated by any third party.
Termination: Soft Surroundings reserves the right to require that Affiliate remove Soft Surroundings from any toolbar upon request for any reason. Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal of Affiliate from the Program, at our discretion, and may also entail forfeiture of any revenue previously earned.
Advertiser may modify any provision(s) of this Affiliate Agreement upon seven (7) days notice by offering the Publisher new Special Terms and Conditions as part of a new Program Term. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, Program rules, and amendments to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement. If any modification is unacceptable to Publisher, then Publisher may terminate this Affiliate Agreement through the Network Service either by not accepting the new Program Terms or by later choosing to Expire the relationship.
