Brand Infringement

Bidding on the soak.com brand name, brand name misspellings or similar variations as keywords or search terms for the purposes of pay per click advertising on search engines is strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may also be required to employ negative keyword matching to prevent violation of the soak.com terms & conditions.

Bidding on the soak.com brand name, brand name misspellings or similar variations as keywords or search terms for the purposes of pay per click advertising on the Google content network is strictly prohibited.

Affiliate sites are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as being the soak.com brand or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such a partner is actually the soak.com brand.

Affiliate sites are strictly prohibited from framing and copying any pages from the soak.com site.

Affiliates participating in any 3rd party advertising must consult soak.com about the details of their advertising for approval prior to going live.

Domain Name Infringement

Using the soak.com brand name, brand name misspellings or similar variations in any domain names before the third forward slash is strictly prohibited.

Unacceptable = http://soak.comaffiliate.co.uk

Acceptable = http://www.affiliate.co.uk/soak.com/

Affiliate who obtain traffic through the use of adware/spyware technology are strictly prohibited from the soak.com affiliate program. Affiliates who obtain traffic through other forms of software will be accepted/declined to the soak.com affiliate program on a case by case basis.

Sanctions for Non-Compliant Affiliates soak.com reserves the right to remove any non-compliant affiliates from the program immediately as well as withholding any compensation for transactions not in compliance with the terms and conditions listed above.
