T&Cs of the SNIPES Europe Affiliate Program
The Affiliate acknowledges that it has accepted the terms and conditions of the affiliate network through which it applies for the SNIPES Europe Affiliate Program. The affiliate also undertakes to comply with the following terms and conditions of the SNIPES Group. Violations of these or the terms and conditions of the affiliate network entitle the SNIPES Group to immediately terminate participation in the SNIPES Europe Affiliate Program and/or cancel the irregularly generated sales.
1. Advertise with the brand SNIPES
a. The advertising material offered may not be changed in any way. The SNIPES website may not be accessed directly in a pop-up, pop-under, frame or iframe. The links provided with the advertising materials may also not be changed.
b. The Affiliate may only use SNIPES' name, logo and private labels and advertising materials made available through the Network for affiliate marketing activities. The data is excluded for the use of offline measures. Furthermore, the use of the name or logo of SNIPES for PR activities and direct marketing measures of any kind, in particular newsletters, must be discussed in advance with the SNIPES Affiliate Management and requires prior written consent. Only those promotions and vouchers may be communicated to which you are given access via the Affiliate Network Action Tool and/or about which you have been notified via the Network's Affiliate Newsletter. CRM vouchers, such as for newsletter registration or from the loyalty program, are not reimbursed.
d. The purchase of Gift Cards in the Online Shop is not remunerated.
e. It is not allowed to post posts on the SNIPES Facebook fan page, they will be removed from the fan page.
f. The distribution of spam e-mails is prohibited. The owner of the e-mail address has expressly agreed to receive advertising by e-mail in advance by opt-in. In addition, the affiliate is clearly recognizable as the sender, it must not give the impression that the mail was sent by SNIPES. When sending newsletters and/or e-mail advertising, the express written consent of the SNIPES Affiliate Team via [removed] must also be obtained.
g. It is not permitted to publicly advertise codes for vouchers that require registration.
h. Applications from layer partners and banner networks will not be accepted.
i. Cookiedropping/typosquatting is strictly prohibited.
j. The affiliate website must not contain spyware, adware, malware, viruses and other harmful content. The use of software or proxy services that change or manipulate URLs and use tracking links is not permitted. In addition, software or proxy services that replace advertising banners with their own ads are prohibited.
k. Every affiliate website used for promotion must be transparently viewable. If these conditions are not met, SNIPES reserves the right to terminate the partnership and/or cancel the irregularly generated sales.
2. SEM
a. The term "SNIPES" may not be booked as a keyword on search engines - not even in connection with other words and/or brands of the group. Neither as a result link, nor as a special booking outside the result links displayed on the Internet search engines (e.g. Adwords Select or Premium placements on Google).
b. Furthermore, affiliates are not allowed to book SNIPES SE's own brands as keywords on Google or other search engines.
c. Posting on typo keywords or keywords that deviate only slightly from the original keyword is also prohibited, e.g. Snips, Sipes, Snnipes, Snpes (...). Thus, when advertising via SEM, the brand name SNIPES as well as variations/typos must also be entered negatively via the Negative Broad booking option in order to prevent delivery. These terms and their misspellings may not be placed in search engines. Furthermore, it is prohibited to use domain names that directly or indirectly cause infringements of the trademark SNIPES.
3. General exclusion criteria
Affiliates who publish the following content from their websites will not be admitted to the SNIPES Affiliate Program • Political, erotic or pornographic content
• Weapons, violence and glorification of violence
• Positive portrayal of drugs, alcohol and tobacco
• Criminally relevant content
• Insults or content that violates the rights of third parties
Affiliates from the following segments are also not eligible to join the Affiliate Program:
• Banner networks
• Voucher Sites
• Pages with no content, faulty domains or unreachable pages
• Operators of Paidmail systems cannot participate inthe Affiliate Program
• Postview
• Browser Extensions
• CSS only after prior written approval and in compliance with our conditions
4. Other Requirements for Affiliate Websites

• Newsletter senders: Affiliates who send newsletters to users as their main business model should also note the following: All addresses must have been generated according to the double opt-in procedure and the newsletter template must be submitted to the SNIPES affiliate team for approval before sending.
5. Miscellaneous
a. Commission: The Affiliate shall not be entitled to disclose the amount of the agreed commission to the End Customer.
b. Affiliates who have an individual commission agreement are excluded from all standard compensation models, bonus tiers or special compensation in the context of promotions.
c. Updates: The Affiliate is obliged to ensure the completeness, correctness and constant updating of the data and information provided by SNIPES, e.g. through actions.
d. SNIPES reserves the right to terminate an existing partnership and/or withhold the commission.
e. The "Last Session Entry" principle is used as a tracking method. As soon as the user is in the shop, the session is opened and lasts 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of inactivity, a new session starts, including the cookie freeze. The first session within the 30 minutes will be credited with the sale.
