We do not allow our affiliates to bid on our brand name or any variations of our brand name on search engines. Direct linking to our website and using Smarter Kids in the display URL is prohibited. Noncompliance can result in termination from the program.
It is also prohibited for an affiliate to post any coupon code on their site other that what is provided through the affiliate program. Should an outside promotion be found on a site or used in an order, that order will be reversed and the relationship will be re-evaluated.  In addition, all pages and banners about Smarter Kids offers/deals/coupons need to link to the correct landing pages on our site.  Affiliates must not deceive customers with any false claims about "Coupon, Promo Codes" if there is none required.
Smarter Kids encourages promotion by social media affiliates using our approved banners and text ads supplied in the network interface. Social Media affiliates are prohibited from presenting themselves as Smarter Kids and must abide by ALL of our program terms and conditions.  
Violations of our program terms & conditions will result in a notification & warning after the 1st violation, notification & removal from the program for 30 days after the 2nd & 3rd violations and permanent removal from the program after the 4th violation.
