  • Use any automated means or form of scraping, or other data extraction methods to access, query, collect, or use Shopee intellectual property, including logo, key visuals, creative materials and other Confidential Information from the Platform or otherwise;
  • Apply Affiliate Links or advertise Affiliate Media through any of Shopee’s social media channels or the social media channels of any Shopee’s Sellers/other affiliates to hijack traffic;
  • Apply Affiliate Links on Affiliate Media that contains Prohibited Content, or in torrent or streaming sites;
  • (Where Affiliate is an affiliate network) Re-brokering to another affiliate network as their sub-affiliate; or
  • Incorporate any lottery or lucky draw in the Affiliate Media.
  • Post random, irrelevant content that is not meant to promote the items/shops (including, but not limited to fake promotion, Entertainment news, clickbait product review etc).
  • Dumping affiliate links without content or sending duplicate content to the same audience
  • Provide social media channels of other affiliates without consent to meet registration criteria.
  • Run clickbait/social media ads with the intention to gain clicks and traffic.

Dưới đây là các loại mặt hàng không được phép quảng báo trong Chương trình liên kết của Shopee Việt Nam:

• Thực phẩm bổ sung dinh dưỡng cho trẻ dưới 6 tháng tuổi
• Núm vú giả cho trẻ sơ sinh
• Sữa cho trẻ dưới 24 tháng tuổi
• Sản phẩm và mặt hàng chứa chất kích dục;
• Súng ngắn và đạn súng ngắn, vũ khí thể thao và các sản phẩm, hàng hoá có tính chất kích động bạo lực;
• Đồ uống có cồn có nồng độ cồn trên 15 độ
• Dịch vụ và hàng hoá bị cấm giao dịch theo quy định của pháp luật

Các Hành Động Bị Cấm. 
Đơn Vị Tiếp Thị Liên Kết sẽ không thực hiện, và sẽ không cho phép bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào thực hiện các việc sau đây:

(a)            sử dụng email quảng cáo để quảng bá cho Shopee mà không được Shopee chấp thuận trước bằng văn bản;

(b)            sử dụng robot hoặc các công cụ thao tác tự động, hoặc yêu cầu tìm kiếm được thực hiện thông qua hệ thống máy móc hoặc phần mềm;

(c)            sử dụng dịch vụ tối ưu kết quả tìm kiếm trên công cụ tìm kiếm mang tính lừa đảo để tạo hoặc che dấu lượt xem, tìm kiếm, nhấp chuột, hoặc chuyển đổi người dùng mang tính lừa gạt hoặc không có giá trị;

(d)            dùng bất kỳ từ khóa tối ưu kết quả tìm kiếm trên công cụ tìm kiếm và các truy cập quảng cáo dựa trên từ khóa khác sử dụng thương hiệu Shopee hoặc các nhãn hàng riêng của Nền Tảng Shopee (nói cách khác, “Shopee” và các từ khác có thể gây nhậm lẫn là Shopee phải được xem như là một từ khóa phủ định) mà không được Shopee chấp thuận trước bằng văn bản;

(e)          sử dụng bất kỳ phương tiện tự động hoặc hình thức thu thập thông tin từ các nguồn thông tin công cộng hoặc các phương pháp thu thập thông tin khác để đăng nhập, thao tác, thu thập, hoặc sử dụng bất cứ thông tin nào trên Sàn Shopee bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn sản phẩm được đăng bán, giá sản phẩm, lịch sử thay đổi giá sản phẩm theo từng phân loại, các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của Shopee, bao gồm logo, hình ảnh chủ đạo, tài liệu sáng tạo, và các Thông Tin Mật khác dù là trong hay ngoài Nền Tảng;

(f)             áp dụng Đường Link Tiếp Thị Liên Kết ở Phương Tiện Tiếp Thị Liên Kết có chứa Nội Dung Cấm, hoặc ở các trang torrent hoặc xem nội dung trực tuyến;

• áp dụng Đường Link Tiếp Thị Liên Kết hoặc quảng cáo Phương Tiện Tiếp Thị Liên Kết thông qua bất kỳ kênh mạng xã hội nào của Shopee hoặc bất kỳ kênh mạng xã hội nào của Người Bán của Shopee;
• (khi Đơn Vị Tiếp Thị Liên Kết là một mạng lưới Tiếp Thị Liên Kết) giao công việc cho một mạng lưới tiếp thị liên kết khác với tư cách là Đơn Vị Tiếp Thị Liên Kết phụ; hoặc
• kết hợp bất kỳ xổ số hoặc rút thăm trúng thưởng trong Phương Tiện Tiếp Thị Liên Kết.

• Cookies. Đơn Vị Tiếp Thị Liên Kết can kết sẽ chỉ đặt cookies khi Đường Link Tiếp Thị Liên Kết có thể thấy được trên Phương Tiện Tiếp Thị Liên Kết và người dùng nhấp chọn một cách tự nguyện và có chủ ý. Việc sử dụng các lớp, add-ons, iFrames, pop-up, pop-under, site-under, quảng cáo tự động chuyển hướng người dùng đến Nền Tảng mà không có sự tương tác hoặc thao tác của người dùng (vd: nhấp hoặc chạm), cookie droping, công nghệ postview, quảng cáo gây nhầm lẫn dẫn đến nhấp chọn do nhầm lẫn, sẽ không được cho phép và tuyệt đối bị cấm. Quảng cáo dẫn đến việc cài đặt do ép buộc (bao gồm việc tự động tải/chuyển hướng mà không được người dùng cho phép) ứng dụng Shopee là hành vi bị cấm tuyệt đối.

Các điều khoản và điều kiện

Vui lòng lưu ý các quy định sau:

InvolveAsia sẽ có biện pháp xử lý đối với bất kỳ bên tiếp thị liên kết nào và chuyển đổi họ thu được từ hành vi không tuân thủ các quy định được liệt kê dưới đây. Các bên tiếp thị liên kết vi phạm sẽ không được tiếp cận các đề nghị của InvolveAsia và tài khoản của họ sẽ bị kiểm tra chính thức, điều này có thể dẫn đến việc tạm ngưng hoặc vô hiệu hóa tài khoản và tước quyền nhận thanh toán.

Chúng tôi khuyến nghị bạn nên đọc kỹ các quy định được nêu dưới đây và bạn sẽ tự chịu trách nhiệm về việc tìm hiểu và tuân thủ các quy định này. Bất kỳ tranh chấp nào phát sinh về sau sẽ không được giải quyết. Nếu bạn cần được giải thích rõ ràng hơn, hãy liên hệ với Người quản lý tiếp thị liên kết của bạn.

* Không sử dụng video trên YouTube hoặc bất kỳ video/trang phát trực tuyến có bản quyền nào khác.

* Không sử dụng lưu lượng truy cập tự động (bot) / thông qua phần mềm dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.

* Không sử dụng lưu lượng truy cập từ Phần mềm quảng cáo (Ad Ware) / Phần mềm gián điệp.

* Không sử dụng quảng cáo gây hiểu lầm.

* Không sử dụng Trang kết quả của công cụ tìm kiếm được thay thế.

* Không gộp offer này với bất kỳ quá trình đăng ký/cài đặt offer nào khác.

* Khách hàng tiềm năng/lượt cài đặt/doanh số bán hàng/chuyển đổi trùng lặp/không hợp lệ sẽ được tính phí lại vào cuối tháng.

  • Is discriminatory or constitutes “hate speech”, whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or language of such individual or group.
  • Promotes or contains viruses, worms, corrupted files, malware, cracks, or other materials that are intended to or may damage or render inoperable software, hardware, or security measures.

• Affiliate should not, and will not allow any third party to:
  • Use advertising e-mails to promote Shopee without Shopee’s prior written consent;
  • Use robots or other automated query tools, computer generated search requests;
  • Fraudulent use of search engine optimization services to generate or conceal impressions, inquiries, clicks, or conversions
    that are fraudulent or invalid;
  • Drive or utilise any SEM keywords and other keyword-based advertising traffic using the Shopee brand or private labels to Shopee’s Platform (in other words, "Shopee" and other similar words which could be misleading as Shopee must be entered as a negative keyword) without Shopee’s prior written consent;
  • Use any automated means or form of scraping, or other data extraction methods to access, query, collect, or use Shopee intellectual property, including logo, key visuals, creative materials and other Confidential Information from the Platform or otherwise;
  • Apply Affiliate Links or advertise Affiliate Media through any of Shopee’s social media channels or the social media channels of any Shopee’s Sellers/other affiliates to hijack traffic;
  • Apply Affiliate Links on Affiliate Media that contains Prohibited Content, or in torrent or streaming sites;
  • (Where Affiliate is an affiliate network) Re-brokering to another affiliate network as their sub-affiliate; or
  • Incorporate any lottery or lucky draw in the Affiliate Media.
  • Post random, irrelevant content that is not meant to promote the items/shops (including, but not limited to fake promotion, Entertainment news, clickbait product review etc).
  • Dumping affiliate links without content or sending duplicate content to the same audience
  • Provide social media channels of other affiliates without consent to meet registration criteria.
  • Run clickbait/social media ads with the intention to gain clicks and traffic.
  • Use any form of advertisement that impersonates Shopee Official

Creative Policies:

Allowed:

• Use creative material uploaded in Involve dashboard for this offer. 
• Any self-produced material approved in advance by The Advertiser.

Prohibited:

• Any self-produced material not approved by The Advertiser.

Currency:

• Financial transactions covered by this offer will be processed in offer currency in the “Commission Terms” section. 
• Currency exchanges will occur when you have set a different currency in your account settings.
• The amount displayed in the report might vary depending on currency exchange rates. 

From Advertiser: 

• Specific terms and conditions from the advertiser.
• Advertiser reserves the right to revise any report at any time if the advertiser believes that the Report contains an error or omission or otherwise requires an adjustment.

• InvolveAsia reserves the right to reject any conversion that violates compliance guidelines. 
• Any violating affiliates will be blocked from InvolveAsia offers, and their accounts will be subject to a formal audit which may result in account suspension or deactivation and payment forfeiture.
