Sexisfaction Affiliate Program Terms and conditions

Commission Rates

Sexisfaction offer affiliates the following commission rates:

• All products, new customers: 12%

• All products, existing customers: 8%

• All products, all customers, voucher code: 3%

Excludes VAT & Shipping.

Program Affiliates

Sexisfaction may refuse affiliates with the following types of sites:

• Under construction

• Sites that encourage violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities

• Use of spyware or phishing techniques or motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices

• A competitor or rival company

• An unethical site

Affiliates agree to promote Sexisfaction in an honest, fair manner, using up-to-date information with the goal of giving visitors a positive experience.

Discounts, Offers and Promotions

Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been notified to them by the Sexisfaction affiliate team or through Webgains. We may from time to time issue promotional codes exclusively for individual affiliates. Affiliates may not promote exclusive codes that have been issued to another affiliate. Any commissions attributed to the unauthorised usage of such codes will be reversed.

Discount offers and promotions should show available expiry dates to ensure customers clearly understand the duration of the promotion and receive the best experience.

Affiliates are not permitted to promote offers that are not explicitly issued as part of the Sexisfaction affiliate program – such as non-affiliate marketing promotions included with orders, and customer newsletters and emails.

Affiliates found breaking these terms will not receive commissions for any sales that arise from this breach and could be removed from the program.

Product Reviews

Affiliates who are provided a product to review by Sexisfaction, should include within the review at least one direct (non-affiliate tracking) link to either the Sexisfaction product page or to the collection page.

Social Influence

Affiliates who leverage their social influence and are provided a product for the influence, should use honest and fair sentiment, include a picture or video that matches Sexisfaction’s mood boards, should include the hashtag #sexisfaction and finally include the social handle i.e @Sexisfaction for the social network.

For all other requirements around social influence, please contact the Sexisfaction affiliate team directly. Sexisfaction operates a social influencer program that is separate from an affiliate program.

Domain Restrictions

Affiliates may not use the Sexisfaction brand name (including any variations, misspelling or derivatives) in any domain names they register. Affiliates may include brand terms within the landing page path, for example www.affiliate.com/sexisfaction is allowed.

Affiliates are asked not to register any domain names that are similar, or confusingly similar, nor have the specific, or accidental intentions or consequences of leading visitors to think they are being directed to Sexisfaction.

Sexisfaction is a registered trademark.

PPC Restrictions

Sexisfaction operates an in-house PPC program. We do not want affiliates to compete with our own campaigns or drive up costs:

• PPC bidding on the Sexisfaction brand name or trademarks (including any variations or misspells) is not allowed.

• Please do not bid on "brand + generic" keywords, such as "Sexisfaction offers" etc.

• Use of the Sexisfaction URL as the display URL is not allowed.

Please note we will reverse commissions and reject any affiliates found breaking our PPC Restrictions. Sexisfaction may de-dupe against other marketing channels, including PPC, at any time

Other Restrictions

• Affiliates may not put the Sexisfaction website into frames or use masked URLs to promote Sexisfaction.

• Direct forwarding to the Sexisfaction website is not allowed.

• Affiliates may not use Pay per View/Cost per View marketing as the use of pop ups and pop unders to promote Sexisfaction is not allowed.

• Affiliates may not alter any of the available creatives without the permission of Sexisfaction. Self-hosted creatives must be kept up to date.

• Sexisfaction logo and other trademarks may not be used on any affiliate creatives without approval from the affiliate team either directly or through Webgains. Brand usage guides apply.

Sexisfaction reserves the right to amend and update these affiliate program terms and conditions at any time.
