Before expanding geographically, get our written approval. Conduct regular audits on your content and posts for compliance. Share the results if we ask in the Quarterly Business Review. We might want to review content related to our Affiliate Program before publishing. If requested by our team, remove content within 24 hours. c) Bidding and Advertising Do not run any social media and performance marketing activities, without our explicit approval in writing. Don't bid on revolut.com domains or on our branded keywords. This includes exact phrases, broad matches, or related misspellings. Violations can reverse your earnings or end the agreement. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the branded keywords. Avoid misleading link placements or actions without full transparency to potential referrals. Don't use Google Ads to send traffic straight to our affiliate landing page. You can promote your sites that promote us, but don’t bid on our brand terms. 2. UK-Specific Advertising Restrictions: Due to recent legislative changes in the UK, promotions of Revolut's crypto asset services to UK consumers are now restricted. As of 8th October 2023, promoting Revolut's crypto asset services to UK consumers without relevant FCA registration is illegal. Moreover, you cannot refer to Revolut as a bank in the UK. Ensure your promotions including crypto asset services or mentioning Revolut as a bank does not inadvertently target UK consumers. This includes content on UK URLs or any content (regardless of the country code in domain name) that might be actively consumed by UK based consumers. Compliance is mandatory, and non-adherence can lead to legal repercussions and termination of our affiliate relationship. It is better to be safe and avoid using the word ‘bank’ or promote crypto currency in case you don't have the tools to monitor the traffic from UK audiences on your websites. Compliance Policy & Promotional Guidelines: The updated T&Cs oblige you to abide by the Compliance Policy and Promotional Guidelines.
