To ensure brand integrity and compliance with ad platforms: Do NOT: Bid on any variation of the brand name in search ads Use deceptive, sensationalist, or misleading language (e.g., “miracle cure,” “instantly erases years”) Create or promote review websites that imply scams, fake endorsements, or bait-and-switch tactics Run incentivized traffic (rewards, gifts, points, or compensation in exchange for signups or purchases) What You Can Say Affiliates may use benefit-driven, compliant messaging, such as: “A simple at-home tool to help refresh and rejuvenate tired-looking eyes” “Non-invasive technology designed to support firmer, smoother-looking skin” “Helps reduce the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and under-eye bags over time” “Supports a brighter, more awake look around the eyes” Always avoid medical claims. Focus on appearance, support, rejuvenation, and confidence instead. Stay Compliant Use approved creatives and benefit-driven messaging Avoid misleading or exaggerated promises Do not bid on brand names or related keywords Avoid incentivized or reward-based promotions of any kind ***Restrictions*** NO BIDDING ON ANY BRANDED TERMS Including the following; Variations of the Branded Terms are NOT ALLOWED: e.g. Brand and/or Offer name No building branded FB pages that compete directly with the advertiser. ie - A branded FB page that uses the advertiser's Brand and/or Offer name. No use of the advertiser's Brand and/or Offer name in URLs No GI email allowed. Only email traffic to TOP LEVEL and cable domains is allowed (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Cox, Time Warner, etc.).
