• Affiliates dürfen keine Domainnamen kaufen oder besitzen, die mit den Markenbegriffen und ihren Varianten in der URL verbunden sind. Zum Beispiel: www.theproteinworks.com.
• Affiliates dürfen korrekt buchstabierte Markenbegriffe von Protein Works nach der Domain der URL ihrer Website verwenden. Zum Beispiel, http://www.affiliate.co.uk/theproteinworks.

Pay-per-Click

Wir investieren viel in den Bereich Search-Engine-Advertising und erlegen daher die folgenden Einschränkungen auf. Jeder Verstoß gegen diese Regeln kann dazu führen, dass der Partner suspendiert und alle Provisionen gestrichen werden.

• Affiliates ist es nicht gestattet, auf markenrechtlich geschützte Begriffe in Verbindung mit "Protein Works" oder "PW" zu bieten. Um jeden Zweifel auszuschließen, schließt dies alle Schreibfehler und Variationen ein.
• Um jeden Zweifel auszuschließen, ist es nicht erlaubt, auf marken- und rabattbezogene Suchbegriffe zu bieten. Zum Beispiel: "protein works discount codes".
• Affiliates dürfen nicht direkt auf die PW Webseite verlinken
• Affiliates dürfen die folgenden Wörter nicht in ihren Anzeigen verwenden:

• Affiliates dürfen NICHT auf alle generischen Sporternährungsbegriffe bieten. Zum Beispiel Whey Protein, Kreatin, Glutamin, Mahlzeitenersatz usw.
• Affiliates dürfen keine Google-Shopping-Aktivitäten unter Verwendung von Protein Works Produkten und Namen durchführen.

Rabattcodes

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Zahlung von Provisionen einzubehalten, wenn nicht genehmigte Gutscheincodes in einem Affiliate-Verkauf verwendet werden. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass Verbraucher möglicherweise Gutscheincodes verwenden, die sie über eine andere Website als diejenige gefunden haben, über die der Verkauf abgewickelt wird, und dies wird untersucht, bevor Entscheidungen über Provisionszahlungen getroffen werden. Für jeden Partner, der nicht genehmigte Codes anzeigt, kann die Provision auf Null gesetzt werden, bis der/die Code(s) entfernt werden. Protein Works folgt einem De-Duping-Validierungsprozess, wobei die Provision bis zum "letzten Klick" des Kaufs belohnt wird.

Wenn Gutscheincodes mit einem Verfallsdatum ausgegeben werden, sollte dieses deutlich angezeigt werden, und Codes sollten nach diesem Datum entfernt oder ausdrücklich als abgelaufen gekennzeichnet werden, sofern keine anderen Anweisungen gegeben werden. Partner, die abgelaufene Codes anzeigen, ohne sie als abgelaufen zu kennzeichnen, können aus dem Programm ausgeschlossen werden. Bitte stellt auch sicher, dass die IAB-Richtlinien für Gutscheincodes eingehalten werden.

If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords (e.g. Vodafone Mobile), they will not receive full commission

We have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms (contact [removed] any agreed publisher paid search activity, publishers will be paid for sales generated from the following search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing)

There any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commission

If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine and link directly to your website, they will not receive full commission

If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine such as a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), this activity does not need to be tracked in a separate specific publisher account

Transaction Terms

The transaction value that commissions are paid on does not include VAT/sales tax

The transaction value that commissions are paid on does not include delivery charges

The transaction value that commissions are paid on does not include credit card fees

The transaction value that the commissions are paid on do not include gift wrapping or any other service charge

Commissions will be declined if: order is cancelled, item was returned, customer failed credit check, breach of programme terms and conditions, duplicate order, item was out of stock, other.

Please note the below rules in relation to Protein Works Affiliate Programme. They must be followed at all times, unless prior agreement has been made with Protein Works in writing.

General Restrictions

• Affiliates must not include trademark brand terms in the sub-domain of their website's URL. For example, http://theproteinworks.affiliate.co.uk.
• Affiliates must not purchase or own any domain names related to the trademark terms and its variants in the URL. For example, www.theproteenworks.com.
• Affiliates may use correct spelling of Protein Works trademarked brand terms after the domain of their website's URL. For example, http://www.affiliate.co.uk/theproteinworks.
• Our brand is very important to us, so please make sure you always refer to us as Protein Works.
• Affiliates must not post on any Protein Works social media platform to drive traffic to their webpage. Protein Works social media platforms include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and our blog. Specifically, affiliates must not include in any tweet at any time [removed]

  Pay Per Click

  We invest heavily in search engine advertising and we therefore impose the below restrictions. Any infringement of these rules may see the affiliate suspended and all outstanding commissions declined.

  • Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any trademarked brand terms related to "Protein Works" or "PW". For the avoidance of doubt, this includes all mis-spellings and variations.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, no unauthorised bidding is allowed on trademark brand + discount-related search terms. For example, "protein works discount codes"
  • Affiliates cannot directly link to the Protein Works website.
  • Affiliates may not use the below words in their content/adverts:
  • "Authorised"
  • "Official"
  • "Recommended"
  • Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any of the below terms:
  • "Anabolic"
  • "Cycle"
  • "Ecdysterone"
  • "Ephedrine"
  • "Hormone"
  • "Nitric"
  • "NO2 Extreme"
  • "Oxide"
  • "Stack"
  • "Steroid"
  • "Testosterone"
  • "Tribulus"
  • Affiliates may NOT bid on all generic sports nutrition terms. For example, whey protein, creatine, glutamine, meal replacements etc.
  • Affiliates are not permitted to have any Google shopping activity live using Protein Works products and name.

  Discount/Voucher Codes

  We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed. Protein Works follow a de-duping validation process, whereby rewarding the commission to the "last click" of purchase.

  Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

  * Important Information:

  No commissions or transactions will be validated on sales using a Protein Works Referral Code without prior authorisation from Protein Works under our Free Product Program. See below for more details.
