Each Ponto pair is made from an amalgamation of industry firsts including recycled scrap leather and biodegradable plant-based soles. Our soles are made from the world's first plant-based foam produced with algae biomass and our sugarcane foam outsoles are made from a bio-based foam technology. We also have upcycled material in our shoes including regenerated tencel fabric lining made from eucalyptus, oak, and birchwood that is biodegradable, odor minimizing, antimicrobial, and moisture absorbent!
