Prohibited Web Sites

You are prohibited from using Plum Pretty Sugar trademark on any adult, pornography, porn, erotic, sex, political or racist keywords or other neagtive and derogatory site content.

Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web Sites
Publishers may use the Plum Pretty Sugar logos and trademarked terms in ad copy and website content but must not act, claim or imply that you are Plum Pretty Sugar.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be immediately warned and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Persistent infringement of these terms will result in termination of partnership. Reactivation of your account will be decided on a case by case basis.

Register, or seek to register any of Advertiser’s tradenames, trademarks, service marks, domain name or any variation or misspelling thereof, or any name, tradename, trademark or domain name which is confusingly similar to Merchant’s trademarks, tradenames, service marks or domain name.
