All transactions for Philips-hue.com are sales conversions and are charged on a sale basis. The partner will be rewarded as soon as a customer completes a purchase and has made the payment. 30 days return policy (sales validation window is subjected to this).

• Fake data

• Cancellation of the product

Campaign restrictions

• Voucher codes are only allowed when supplied by Philips Hue and following Philips Hue’s terms & conditions.

• Brand-bidding, PPC activity and browser extensions are not allowed

• CSS/Google Shopping publishers are only allowed with Philips Hue’s written approval

• CPL campaigns are only allowed with Philips Hue’s written approval

• Please only use creative assets from the Philips Hue affiliate platform or with previous written approval from the Philips Hue Affiliate team.

Tracking Requirements – CSS Partners

CSS Shopping partners are required to disable the use of parallel tracking in all Google Shopping campaigns promoting the [Advertiser Name] program.

The use of parallel tracking is strictly prohibited, as it may lead to discrepancies in tracking and reporting. All partners must ensure that their tracking setup complies with this requirement at all times.

Failure to comply may result in the suspension or removal from the program, as well as the rejection of any affected transactions.

The advertiser reserves the right to update these requirements at any time to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
