Affiliate is prohibited from promoting PeopleFinders.com via downloadable applications, also known as spyware, adware, malware, or similar applications is strictly forbidden.
Affiliate Identify the message as an ad. The law gives you a lot of leeway in how to do this, but you must disclose clearly and conspicuously that your message is an advertisement.
Publisher/Affiliate is prohibited from marketing or advertising PeopleFinders.com Services by any means not specifically approved by PeopleFinders.com. PeopleFinder.com must approve in writing all advertising and messaging that Publisher uses for marketing.

Hiring nannies or other household workers
Tenant screening and decisions
Credit eligibility or risk assessment
Insurance eligibility or risk assessment
Affiliate is prohibited from brand bidding, this is strictly forbidden.
NO Spam (e-mail / Web / IM etc).
NO use of copyrighted videos on YouTube or any other video/streaming site.
No advertising on term around birth day or birth date or date of birth or DOB. You can advertise using the word AGE.
All publisher/affiliates much follow the Fair Credit and Reporting Act (FCRA)
NO Spy Lookup Tool, Etc.
NO "GPS" terms and/or any claims to find the exact CURRENT location of a phone.

DON’TS
