Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Pepperjam Network. Please note that sales containing a code that is not listed within the Pepperjam Network will be subject to commission reversals. 
•Publisher web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the Paige web site.
•Affiliates shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to Paige without first submitting such material for approval and receiving express prior written consent unless it's displayed in an editorial type format to the consumer 
•Publisher shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of Paige web site
•TM bidding Policy: 
Bidding on the brand name or any derivation thereof is strictly prohibited on all Pay-Per-Click platforms and search engines including, but not limited to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:  
Paige, Paige, Paige clothes, Paige coupon, Paige, Paige jeans, Paige premium denim, Paigeusa.com, Paige usa, Paige coupon, Paige deal, Paige sale
Paige may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase.
Publishers are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Paige related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy.
•Retargeting Sites. We do not allow any retargeting sites.
•No Direct Linking. Any affiliate found to be direct linking will have their sales reversed and will be removed from the program.
•Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign.
•Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis.
•All email affiliates must be spam compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative.
•All affiliates will be accepted into the program on a case by case basis.
•All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date creative, and only creative found in the Pepperjam Network.
Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations.
