Any copy produced to promote the One Star Financial program should be approved before publishing. Any breach of this may result in the cancellation of commissions.
Any queries about the commission, or cancellation process should be forwarded straight to One Star Financial, and not answered or replied to with a solution by the publisher on behalf of One Star Financial.

1 BANNER ADVERTISING
1.1 Only Banners provided by One Star Financial may be used for this purpose.
1.2 The Banner must be used without addition, alteration or deletion of pictures or text. It must be displayed as a whole. The only exception to this clause is that the Banner in its entirety may be resized.
1.3 The Affiliate must, upon request from One Star financial, remove a Banner from its website. If One Star financial makes this request the Affiliate must remove the Banner within 5 working days.
1.4 No One Star financial owned or supplied Banner may be used to direct potential customers to any other site.
1.5 All Banners remain the property of One Star financial.
2. Email Advertising
2.2 Only email creatives supplied by One Star financial or email creatives you have produced which have had written sign off by One Star financial may be used for this purpose.
2.3 The creative must be used without addition, alteration or deletion of pictures or text. It must be displayed as a whole. The only exception to this clause is that the Banner in its entirety may be resized.
2.4 The Affiliate must, upon request from One Star financial, discontinue using the creative.
2.5 No One Star financial creative may be used to direct potential customers to any other site.
2.6 All creatives remain the property of One Star financial.
2.7 The Affiliate will not be entitled to enter into any legal transactions or promises involving commitments with any prospective customer on One Star financial‘s behalf.
2.8 The Affiliate warrants and shall procure that it has the right to use any data it uses to market people who may become customers of One Star financial. Furthermore it does not use data where the data subject has expressed a request not to be contacted.
2.9 The Affiliate confirms that no brokerage fee, other charge, or payment in kind has been, or will be, made by or to any customer or potential customer that Affiliate refers to One Star financial.
2.10 The Affiliate will notify One Star financial immediately on becoming aware of any complaint by a borrower to the Affiliate or to a third party including FOS or any breach or potential breach of the CCA, the Data Protection Legislation, the Money Laundering Legislation, and the Other Regulatory Requirements and provide such assistance and information as One Star financial may require in dealing with the matter.
2.11 The Affiliate warrants that neither he, nor any of their respective employees have been involved in, charged with or convicted of any offence involving fraud or dishonesty; that it and/or its consultant have all the necessary licences, authorisations and consents required to provide the Affiliate Services.
2.12 The Affiliate will complete Schedule 1 of this agreement with any web URL’s used to market One Star financial products. The Affiliate will notify One Star financial of any additions, deletions or amendment to this list.
