In-Text-Werbung, bei der bestimmte Keywords innerhalb des Textes einer Website mit Werbung und/oder verwandten Informationseinheiten verknüpft werden, ist verboten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Cashback nicht höher sein kann als die Zahlung des Nutzers an one.com.
2. Keyword-Politik:

Affiliates sind nicht berechtigt, Anzeigen in Suchmaschinen zu schalten, die aufgrund ihrer Art mit ONE.COM verwechselt werden können oder die bei Anklicken nicht auf die angemeldete oder angezeigte Affiliate-Seite verlinken, sondern über eine direkte Weiterleitung auf die ONE.COM-Website springen. Ein Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen kann zu einem sofortigen Ausschluss aus dem Partnerprogramm von ONE.COM führen.
3. one.com Partnerbedingungen
Zustimmung des Partners: automatisch.
Cookie-Zeit: 45 Tage ist die Standard-Cookie-Zeit für one.com Genehmigungszeit: Bestellungen werden automatisch nach 2 Monaten genehmigt, was bedeutet, dass one.com bis zu 2 Monate Zeit hat, um jede Bestellung zu überprüfen. one.com prüft Bestellungen alle 2-3 Tage, aber bei gefälschten/stornierten Bestellungen kann die Registrierung eine längere Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
Banner: one.com re-directs muss verwendet werden - Flash mit Gif-Backup (siehe Beispiel hier auf primärem Flash: https://banners.one.com/bannere/benl/600x400-benl.swf). Dies stellt sicher, dass one.com verantwortlich für die Aktualisierung des Banners ist, die monatlich durchgeführt wird, um die Wartung für das Netzwerk und die Partner auf ein Minimum zu beschränken.
Kommunikation mit den Partnern: Das Partnernetzwerk ist der einzige Ansprechpartner für den Partner bei Fragen bezüglich Auszahlung/Kampagne.
4. Definition eines "gültigen Klicks" und eines "gültigen Verkaufs"
one.com definiert einen gültigen Klick als eine vom Nutzer generierte Aktivität, wobei der Nutzer aktiv auf eine Anzeige klickt, weil er/sie zu unserer Landing Page weitergeleitet werden möchte (unter Verwendung der spezifischen url, die von one.com bereitgestellt wird). Anzeigen, die einen Nutzer automatisch auf unsere Seite weiterleiten, unsere Seite öffnen, Cookies ablegen usw. werden von one.com nicht akzeptiert.
Das Folgende ist erforderlich, damit ein Verkauf als gültig angesehen wird:

Der Bestellvorgang muss vollständig abgeschlossen werden, einschließlich der vollständigen Zahlung (falls zutreffend) an one.com für das bestellte Webspace-Paket und den Domainnamen.
Der Käufer und der Partner können nicht dieselbe juristische Person sein (entweder eine Person oder eine Firma).
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Verkäufe nur dann korrekt erfasst werden können, wenn Cookies auf dem Computer des Käufers aktiviert sind.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass der Kaufvertrag ausschließlich zwischen dem Käufer und ONE.COM zustande kommt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Provision erst dann ausgezahlt werden kann, wenn der Kunde die bestellte Dienstleistung oder das Paket bezahlt hat.
Ein gültiger Verkauf ist definiert als eine Transaktion aus dem letzten Klick des Affiliate-Partners auf Basis der one.com Transaktions-Identifikationsnummern.
one.com zahlt keine Provision für Verlängerungen.
5. Akzeptiertes Werbematerial
Affiliates platzieren Werbematerial oder Empfehlungstexte von one.com auf ihren Websites.
Die Partner sind nicht berechtigt, ihr eigenes Werbematerial zu verwenden, außer für zusätzliche Empfehlungen oder Empfehlungen, die sie selbst geschrieben haben.
Affiliates sind auch nicht berechtigt, solche Anzeigen in Suchmaschinen zu schalten, die aufgrund ihrer Art mit ONE.COM verwechselt werden können oder die bei Anklicken nicht auf die angemeldete oder angezeigte Partnerseite verlinken, sondern im Wege einer direkten Weiterleitung auf die ONE.COM-Website springen. Ein Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen kann zum sofortigen Ausschluss aus dem Partnerprogramm von ONE.COM führen.
Begriffe wie one.com, www.one.com oder falsche Schreibweisen dieser Begriffe dürfen nicht als Adwords und Anzeigentexte in Suchmaschinen oder in gesponserten Inseraten verwendet werden. one.com ist ein eingetragenes Warenzeichen von one.com und ein Verstoß kann zum sofortigen Ausschluss aus dem ONE.COM Partnerprogramm sowie zu rechtlichen Schritten führen.
6. Auszahlung der Provision
Die Auszahlung der Provision erfolgt nach erfolgreicher Einzugsermächtigung (falls zutreffend) und/oder einem Vertragsabschluss mit dem neu gewonnenen Kunden. In Fällen, in denen mehrere Anzeigen angeklickt wurden und dies zu einer Bestellung geführt hat, erhalten die Affiliates eine Provision für den letzten Klick, der zum Verkauf geführt hat. Nur Kunden, die in den letzten 6 Monaten nicht bei ONE.COM gekauft haben und nicht der Familie des Werbetreibenden angehören, gelten als Neukunden.
7. Änderung der Grundbedingungen
ONE.COM behält sich das Recht vor, das Partnerprogramm ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern oder einzustellen, insbesondere wenn gesetzliche Vorschriften oder gerichtliche Anordnungen dies zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt erfordern. Zum Zeitpunkt der Änderung oder Einstellung wird die zu zahlende Provision zu den bisher geltenden Konditionen berechnet, soweit dies rechtlich möglich ist. Die Änderung oder Einstellung des Affiliate Programms lässt das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen ONE.COM und dem Neukunden unberührt.
Durch die Teilnahme am Partnerprogramm wird kein Arbeitsverhältnis, keine Handelsvertretung oder Ernennung begründet, unabhängig von den erzielten Umsätzen. Der Partner ist nicht berechtigt, Erklärungen und Zusagen im Namen von ONE.COM abzugeben oder sich als Mitarbeiter, Vertreter oder Bevollmächtigter von ONE.COM auszugeben. ONE.COM behält sich das Recht vor, Personen nach einer E-Mail-Benachrichtigung von der Teilnahme am Partnerprogramm auszuschließen.
Sollte das Affiliate-Netzwerk, mit dem Sie zusammenarbeiten, die Bedingungen von one.com anders darstellen (angekreuzte Kästchen, Zusammenfassung usw.), haben im Falle von Unstimmigkeiten die Regeln in diesem Dokument immer Vorrang.
