Affiliates are not permitted to bid on hybrid terms that contain our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. ie: The Tool Nuts, Tool Nuts.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any terms with the combination of Festool and discount, and any misspellings and variations within paid search activity. ie: Festool discounts, Festool discount Promo code.
De-Duping Policy
We are de-duplicating all sources which we pay for, this covers:
Generic pay-per-click (PPC) advertisement
Comparison shopping engines including Google Shopping
Paid banners
Paid Social Advertising
Other affiliate networks.
This includes transactions that are part cancelled. Affiliates will always earn commission on products which have been dispatched from the Tool Nut.
Promo Codes
Affiliates are only allowed to promote codes that have been distributed directly by the Tool Nut. Commissions will only be paid on vouchers created for the United States. Custom Promo Codes can be provided, but the discounted amount will be deducted from final commissions.

Affiliates are not allowed to use any of the following price comparison services where the Tool Nut is currently advertise including, but not limited too:

Product Feed
A product feed is available.
The feed is to be used for the affiliates own website, and not for use on 3rd party price comparison sites. Should you be found to be using the product feed for any other reason than promoting the Tool Nut, you will be in breach of the terms and conditions.
Please note that should you use the feed for comparative purposes, the feed is updated once a day in line with Affiliate Window's update protocol. Prices can differ to the Tool Nut's site due to prices not being updated as frequently on Affiliate Window's platform.
Ad Copy Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to use any of our brand names within their ad copy for paid search activity.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to use domains containing our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain of their own domains for paid search activity.

Gift Certificates
The Tool Nut does not pay out commissions on Gift Certificates.

Restricted Behaviors
It goes without saying, but affiliates are not permitted to do the following:
Using any bad-faith, malicious, or improper method, including but not limited to using viruses, fictitious webpage, hi-jacked browsers or URLs, hijacking the front page of ToolNut.com
Using any exaggerated, false, or misleading information or content when placing advertisements or links to advertise any page to ToolNut.com, to induce visitors to click into the advertisement
Engaging in any unlawful activity
Engaging in any activity which causes any damage or liability to ToolNut.com
