Become an affiliate of Nespresso.co.uk and earn commission when you promote eligible products and refer customers. Your earnings depend on how many visitors to your site click Nespresso text links and Nespresso banners — and how much they spend.
As an affiliate you must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the programme. Please ensure the links on your website are kept up to date and we will take care of the rest. You can change and update your website links at any time, and it is advisable to update your links frequently. The network is run using Partnerize (formerly known as Performance Horizon) Group. Remember to include your affiliate network tracking code in your links to ensure your sales are tracked and your commission is paid. You can monitor your commission daily by logging onto the Partnerize interface.
The standard commission structure for the programme is as follows:
• Non-subscription machines 5% commission
• Accessories (excluding capsules) 3% commission
• Capsules 0% commission
Please be advised we have a 90-day approval process, only subscriptions which have paid 3-month direct debit payment will be rewarded the appropriate level of commission. Any cancellations during the 3-month period will not be rewarded.
Nespresso will provide you with the creative, tools and support you need to establish yourself as a Nespresso Affiliate. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, customer service and sales reporting — as well as, of course, paying your commissions.

Правила по присвоению идентификатора (токена) и нанесению пометки «Реклама» на рекламно-информационные материалы
Во исполнение требований Федерального закона «О рекламе» от 13.03.2006г. № 38-ФЗ, стороны пришли к соглашению:
1. Веб-мастер обязуется использовать рекламно-информационные материалы (креативы) в том виде, в котором они были ему предоставлены/ были размещены в системе Admitad.
2. В случае, если веб-мастер самостоятельно осуществляет создание рекламно-информационных материалов (креативов) на основе предоставленных ему исходных материалов/ имеющихся в системе Admitad, для осуществления последующего их размещения, веб-мастер обязуется самостоятельно осуществлять присвоение идентификатора (токена) и нанести пометку «Реклама» на рекламно-информационные материалы (креативы), с учетом полного соблюдения Федерального закона «О рекламе» от 13.03.2006г. № 38-ФЗ и иных нормативно-правовых актов, посредством заключения соответствующего договора с ОРД.
3. Веб-мастер несет ответственность за присвоение идентификатора (токена) и нанесение пометки «Реклама», а также несет ответственность, как рекламодатель, за содержание и достоверность рекламно-информационных материалов (креативов), которые были им созданы, и гарантирует, что содержание рекламно-информационных материалов (креативов) не нарушает требования действующего законодательства Российской Федерации, в том числе исключительные права на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности и приравненные к ним средства индивидуализации.
4. Если веб-мастер нарушает требования к размещению рекламно-информационных материалов (креативов), включая требования, установленные в партнерской программе, то веб-мастер выплачивает штраф, который выражается в размере совокупности всех сумм начисленных/выплаченных за весь период размещения рекламно-информационных материалов (креативов), выполненных с нарушением требований партнерской программы и требований Федерального закона «О рекламе» от 13.03.2006г. № 38-ФЗ, а также обязан компенсировать Admitad убытки, включая, но не ограничиваясь, требования Рекламодателей/Клиентов, административные штрафы со стороны государственных органов Российской Федерации.
