General Terms Overview

  • Program Participation By joining, affiliates agree to these terms and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to approve/reject applications.

  • Promotional Methods Use only approved channels. Strictly prohibited (unless written approval):

    • Paid search (PPC), including brand/non-brand bidding

    • Trademark/brand keyword usage

    • Direct linking from paid ads

    • Misleading, deceptive or fraudulent practices

  • Commission & Attribution CPS basis, post-click tracking. Only tracked & approved sales qualify. We may decline/adjust for invalid traffic, cancellations, returns or violations.

  • Transaction Validation & Recall Period Up to 60-day recall/validation period for review, amendment or cancellation. Transactions auto-confirm after recall or earlier at our discretion.

  • Prohibited Content No promotion on sites with illegal, harmful, offensive, adult, violent, discriminatory, or infringing content.

  • Data & Tracking No interference with tracking, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or artificial traffic.

  • Termination We may suspend/terminate participation immediately for breaches or suspected fraud.

  • Amendments Terms may be updated; continued participation = acceptance.

    • Strict Affiliate Rules

    • No domains or subdomains containing the brand name (or variations)

    • Strictly prohibited from brand bidding in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc.), including:

      • Brand name alone

      • Brand + product names

      • Misspellings/variations

      • Brand in ad copy, titles or display URLs

    • No direct linking from paid search ads (including content networks)

    • No pop-under, pop-up, adware or intrusive methods

    • No brand hijacking or trademark infringement
