Publishers may not bid on Loragal or any trademark or trademark-plus terms on any search engine at any time. Trademarks may not be used as keyword modifiers, display URLs, or broad-match derivatives. Direct-to-merchant (direct linking) is not allowed.
Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
Trademark, trademark-plus, and derivative bidding is strictly prohibited
Use of Loragal brand terms in display URLs is not permitted
Negative keyword matching is required for all Loragal trademark terms
Wholesale, drop-shipping, or traffic not funneling to Loragal sites is prohibited
Any TM/TM+ violations or malicious fraud will result in commission forfeiture and possible compensation claims
Additional Brand Restrictions

Affiliates may not create social accounts, websites, or apps that appear to be official Loragal properties
