As a member of the Mugler program, you agree to adhere to the following special terms and conditions:

Publishers shall only promote offers and promotions with approved messaging and ad copy; other variations of messaging will need approval prior to running. 
Publisher agrees not to bid on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is a trademark or a derivation of a trademark, Mugler product terms, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with Mugler. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to: Mugler, Mugler.com, Muglerusa, Mugler usa, Muglerusa.com, Mugler coupon, Mugler deal, Mugler promo, Mugler, and any other variation or misspelling. Mugler may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase. 
Publishers are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Mugler related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy. 
Publishers who are in breach of any part of these special terms and conditions may be subject to reversal of commissions or removal from the program entirely.
