Creative restrictions
Affiliates must follow MISSHA brand guidelines and ensure proper, approved usage of brand assets at all times.
Copy compliance
All messaging must be accurate, truthful, and aligned with MISSHA’s official brand communication. No exaggerated or misleading claims allowed.
Paid Search Policy:
The Advertiser program has a partially restricted PPC policy.

Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content: (List out terms)

Publisher may not bid on MISSHA or any of its trademark terms/products, variations or misspellings on any search engine, at any time. Trademarks may not be used as a modifier for any keywords (i.e. missha coupons) at any time.
Special Instructions for Search marketing Publishers
Generic (non-branded) keyword bidding is allowed (e.g., “K-beauty skincare”, “hydrating toner”) as long as ads do not mislead or impersonate MISSHA.
Affiliates must add “MISSHA” and its variations to negative keyword lists.
Shopping ads and comparison listings are allowed if no brand bidding is involved.
