But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected. This program offers a 30-day cookie duration.

But we're super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

Founded by James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, Milk Bar first opened its doors in NYC's East Village, and soon developed a loyal fanbase. With lively storefronts in New York, Washington DC, Toronto, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Boston, Milk Bar is known for inventing: the Compost Cookie, layer cakes with unfrosted sides, Cereal Milk Soft Serve, Milk Bar Pie, the first flip phone and shoulder pads (Ok, technically those last two weren't us). We believe in the transformative power of a really freakin' good cookie or an outstanding piece of cake. We pull inspiration from simple ingredients, like the grocery store staples we grew up with. And we consider NO occasion at all, to be a perfectly valid occasion to celebrate yourself or someone else. We hope you'll agree.

Terms and Conditions

• We do not allow trademark bidding.
• No PPC bidding is allowed of any kind. Publishers that violate these terms and conditions risk deactivation from the program.
• Keyword Policy: You may NOT bid on the trade name or misspellings. Affiliates may NOT use the tradenames in ads. Affiliates may NOT use the destination URL in the advertising links.
• Please do not use any variation of the brand's name within your url, social media link name, etc.

• The use of bots to drive traffic and sales is strictly prohibited. If a publisher is caught using a bot to drive traffic/sales, the commission earned will be subject to reversal in the Pepperjam Network.
• Coupon/Offer Code Policy - Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Ascend affiliate program. Usage of Non-Affiliate/Other Channel Codes and exclusive codes not specifically assigned to your publisher account is not permitted. Please note that sales containing a code that is not provided or non-approved directly by us or is not listed within Ascend may be subject to commission reversals and may result in your removal from the program.
• Promotion Policy: Affiliates can only offer "officially approved" banner, link and/or coupon offers and pricing as provided in the network admin. Failure to comply with this restriction may lead to commissions being removed and potential removal from the program.
• User Generated Content Policy: User/customer generated offers that are already posted on coupon sites (with or without an expiration date) will not be honored as "officially approved". Failure to remove these may lead to commissions being removed and potential deactivation from the program.
• We allow downloadable software partners to join our program.
• We allow incentivized partners.
• We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
