Terms and Conditions:
•    Coupon/Voucher/Offer Code Policy:
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the affiliate program. Please note that sales containing a code that is not listed within Pepperjam will be subject to commission reversals.
•    Affiliate web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the MeUndies web site.
•    Affiliates shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display, permit or otherwise disseminate any written material that references MeUndies and is sponsored [or paid for] by MeUndies without submitting such material to MeUndies for prior written approval and consent, which may be granted or withheld in MeUndies’s sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, prior written approval and consent is not required for unsponsored and unpaid material that references MeUndies even if such material includes links to MeUndies’s website that will receive a commission payout; provided, however, MeUndies (i) reserves all rights and remedies to which it may be entitled at law or in equity or otherwise, including without limitation any rights and remedies in connection with any factual inaccuracies in such material, and (ii) may request, at any time, that any link to MeUndies be removed or disabled and the applicable affiliate shall remove or disable such link within 24 hours of such request.
•    Affiliate shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the MeUndies web site
•    TM bidding Policy:
Bidding on the brand name or any derivation thereof is strictly prohibited on all Pay-Per-Click platforms and search engines including, but not limited to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:  
MeUndies, www.meundies.com, meundies.com, Me Undies, MeUndies coupon, MeUndies underwear, MeUndies boxers, MeUndies Apparel, MeUndies promotion, MeUndies promo, MeUndies coupon code
Affiliates are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any MeUndies related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy.
•    Retargeting Sites. We do not allow any retargeting sites.
•    No Direct Linking. Any affiliate found to be direct linking will have their sales reversed and will be removed from the program.
•    Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign.
•    Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis.
•    All email affiliates must be spam compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative.
•    All affiliates will be accepted into the program on a case by case basis.
•    All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date creative, and only creative found in the Pepperjam Network.
•    Affiliates shall not receive any commission on reoccurring membership orders unless otherwise agreed to by MeUndies in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliates are only eligible to receive a commission on the first membership order through the affiliate program.
Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations.
