Paid Search Policies:

The affiliate program prohibits bidding on the following types of terms: - Brand terms, including misspellings and variations. These include, but are not limited to: Direct Linking to .com is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with our search policies may lead to exclusion from the program and the reversal of any earned commissions.

Trademark Terms:
Aliates are not allowed to use any of the following words in their domains, or as part of their URL structure: "melscience.com", "MEL Science", "MEL Chemistry", "MEL Chemistry VR Lessons", or other variations of our trademark. Aliates are not permitted to bid on any variation of the melscience.com brand trademark, at any time, in any search engine. This includes, but is not limited to: www.melscience.com melsciencecom, wwwmelsciencecom. Aliate must add "name" and "name product" as negative keyword matches on any generic terms. Aliates are not permitted to use trademarked terms in their display URL. Publishers that violate these terms and conditions risk exclusion from the program and loss of commissions. The use of toolbars or browser plug-ins for the purpose of applying a cookie or redirecting trac is prohibited. Any aliates found to be using said functionalities and marketing tools will be removed from the program with accrued commissions reversed. Publishers may not bid on registered trademarks, or registered URLs (including variations, abbreviations, or misspellings of the same) of MEL Science. Publishers may not bid on "MEL Science+coupon" or "melscience.com+Coupon Code". You may not use direct links to melscience.com, use a registered “melscience.com” domain, or use the term “social site” when referring to the MEL Science brand in search marketing. Permission to use the MEL Science brand, or bid on trademark terms, may be obtained via express written permission only

Promotional Links:
Utilisation of Aliate Promotional Links: a. We hereby grant you limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use our Aliate Promotional Links for placement on your site without modification, abridgment, or embellishment, for the sole and exclusive purpose of referring potential Subscribers to CompanyName. We reserve the right to revoke this licence to use the Aliate Promotional Links, in whole or part, at any time. b. We reserve the right to require you to modify your use of the Aliate Promotional Links following review of your site. If we issue formal policies and rules in connection with usage of the Affiliate Promotional Links, you agree to promptly confirm your use of the Aliate Promotional Links to said policies, as they may be amended occasionally. c. You may not use Aliate Promotional Links to market, promote, or endorse the goods, services, and/or cause of any other individual or entity or to otherwise benefit any third party, save for your Referrals. d. You agree that you shall not bid on, register, or purchase search engine keywords, domain names, or other identifying search terms or titles that are similar to the Trademarks owned or controlled by CompanyName, or by any third party, to promote your participation in the Program. e. In utilising the Aliate Promotional Links, you agree that you will cooperate fully with us in order to establish and maintain the consistency and integrity of such Aliate Promotional Links as they may be modified, enhanced, expanded, curtailed, or eliminated from time to time by us, in our sole and unlimited discretion. f. You acknowledge that, by participating in the Program and/or using any of the Aliate Promotional Links, CompanyName may receive information from or about visitors to your site to track Referrals.
Paid Search Terms:
1. Trademark or Brand-related- Bidding is NOT PERMITTED and “Media partners” are NEVER allowed to outrank or outbid "MEL Science" on any keywords. 

2. Media partners may never use any domain names owned by CompanyName for any DISPLAY URL listings used in paid search campaigns. Nor may they CLOAK or MASK these URLs in paid search campaigns. 

3. Media partners are also forbidden to direct links to any pages on the "MEL Science" owned domain. 

4. Media partners must not use the word “social” in connection with the "MEL Science" owned property’s name in domain names, search ads, or on landing pages. 

5. Confidentiality: This document, including its contents and/or any attachments, is Paid Search Terms: deemed confidential. The Media Partner may not disclose, disseminate, distribute, or forward this document and/or any related attachments or future related materials or work product to any other parties. 

6. Violation of Search Policy: “MEL Science” will not pay commissions on any transactions that it believes to be generated by a violation of its search policies.
