Special Instruction:
1. Spend will be calculated using total installs and Hotels and Flights transactions made within 7 days of install.
2. Only orders coming within 7 days of new installs will be considered.
3. Overall D7 O/I should be above 1% on Android to maintain the quality of the traffic, however, this does not impact the payout.
4. Bookings from Fraud installs will not be considered for payout.
5. Sources with high fraud incidence/poor quality will be highlighted by MMT weekly, and should be paused within 1 working day of first intimation.
6. PAH Bookings are excluded from O2I calculations.
7. Day 7 Uninstall Rate should not exceed 45%, however, this does not impact the payout eligibility of the campaign.
8. Preload, APK or Old Version installs and subsequent events will not be considered eligible.
9. Click-to-install ratio should be maintained >= 0.2% as a soft KPI, and >= 0.05% as a hard KPI (installs directed from sources with CR < 0.05% will be liable for deduction)
