However, affiliates may not use our trademark name, our domain name or misspellings or variations of these.

The following are prohibited:

1, On organic search engine optimization view of point, Domain contains China, forming direct competition with our domain and brand keyword.

2, On Google Ads view of point, all publishers who use Google Ads to bring leads to our site directly or indirectly will be prohibited. Except Bing, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia and other small search engines.

3, Publishers who use fraud ways to get leads. Once we review and find out, the publisher will be prohibited to cooperate with us forever.

4. MIC  will not pay any commission for orders from Chinese buyers. MIC  will not pay for orders that are shipped to China.

5. Face masks and medical consumables are excluded from the affiliate program from March 23, 2022.

Orders of the following categories, which are created after March 23, 2022 PST, won’t be paid by advertiser:

·         Security & Protection>Personal Protective Equipment>Respirators & Masks;

·         Health & Medical>Medical Consumables.

Commission for anti-coronavirus products won't be paid even if these orders are registered in our system.

7. You are not allowed to use, apply for registration, or register items identical with or similar to any trademarks, registered or unregistered, trade names, logos and domain names of https://www.made-in-china.com or the https://www.made-in-china.com platforms.

8. Commissions shall not be awarded for any purchases of the following products:

8.1 Virtual products (including gift cards, coupons or any form of stored value usable on https://www.made-in-china.com)

8.2 E-cigarettes and accessories in the US.

Fraudulent or invalid purchases won’t be paid by https://www.made-in-china.com Fraudulent or invalid purchases includes but are not limited to (i) actions generated by means of any device, program or robot;  (ii) orders deemed as fraudulent or invalid purchases by the system analysis of https://www.made-in-china.com.

It is not allowed to set up any PPV mechanisms (i.e. utilization of any traffic from pop-up windows) including but not limited to slide, footer ad, interstitial, pop under, etc.
