We allow email marketing campaigns on a case-by-case basis. All partners must be CAN-SPAM compliant and obtain prior approval before deployment to receive suppression lists. Failure to obtain approval may result in commission reversals and removal from the program.
Sub-affiliate networks and content syndication partners require prior written approval.
Lulu and Georgia reserves the right to decline or remove any partner whose promotional methods or content do not align with our brand standards.

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Lulu and Georgia Pepperjam affiliate program. Please note that sales containing a code that is not provided directly by Lulu and Georgia or is not listed within Pepperjam will be subject to commission reversals and may result in your removal from the program.
