TERMS & CONDITIONS
Affiliates are not allowed to use creatives that have not been approved by LPS Solicitors and are not available within the Webgains interface.
Our affiliate program is based on a CPL Cost Per Lead basis which in our terms is the completion of one of our online forms combined with additional client criteria.
Leads will be approved after 90 days to mitigate any potential fraud, direct debit failures and on vetted leads only.
If you do require bespoke copy for your website we will be more than happy to supply this for you.

WHAT IS A VETTED LEAD

Vetted leads have to meet all of the criteria below to be accepted as clients with LPS for commissions to be paid to affiliates.

• UK Resident
• Must have valid ID
• Claim has to meet limitation time period, usually 3 years from date of incident although in some occasions this can vary
• They must provide us with written authority to act on your behalf, along with two forms of identification
• They must attend a medical appointment set by LPS Solicitors within the 90 recall period
• Liability must be accepted by the 3rd party
• Fraudulent claims excluded from the scheme
• Flight claims excluded from our affiliate program
• Legal services excluded from our affiliate program program

PPC POLICY: Closed

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand name, brand name misspellings or brand name combination traffic either for the purposes of sending traffic direct to LPS Solicitor’s or to a page with LPS Solicitor’s brand content. LPS Solicitor’s therefore request that affiliates negatively bid on the brand terms to avoid being broad matched in. “Please refrain from using competitors’ brand names (variations & misspellings included) as keywords or in the ad’s copy to send traffic to our site”.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any generic terms and link through directly to the site, however Bidding on generic terms with the use of a landing page is encouraged although LPS Solicitors brand terms must not be used as part of the url.

Affiliates must use their own privacy policy and contact us links on their landing page to ensure customers know the site is not the official site.

Affiliates are prohibited from using branded URL’s UNLESS they have been given prior consent.

COMMISSION STATUS UPDATES

All of our affiliates are given access to their own status updates using the Google Drive platform. We advise all affiliates who would like to monitor the status of each commission payable to provide an email address and to install the Google Drive app.

This will enable you to monitor the vetting process and status of every outstanding commission in real-time.
