Lensbase affiliate program

LensBase was established in 2005. Our aim is: "To supply optical products at the most competitive prices on the web".
We will price match any product that is more competitively priced than ours! That's our promise to you!
What else do you need to know:
Standard postage and packing to UK addresses is FREE! At Lensbase there are no additional duties or taxes to pay as we ship all goods from within the EU. In addition, we guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund all unopened products returned to us.
Any other Guarantees?
Yes, we will price Match any European based website, our only condition is that they have Google PageRank of 3 or above (which establishes the website as "trustworthy" in our eyes).
Commissions:
8%, 90 day cookies, and our customers tend to be very loyal, reordering several times a year depending on the product. Comission is paid based on the goods total (w/o VAT). Due to a need to centralize our PPC program with our PPC/SEO company, we request that all affiliates avoid direct PPC.
This means:
* you cannot display Lensbase.com nor any variation thereof in your PPC ads,
* you cannot directly land on any Lensbase.com URLs and
* you cannot bid on the Lensbase brand
NOTE: We allow any PPC advertising on non-Lensbase.com brand keywords (e.g. "contact lenses") which do not go directly to Lensbase, and which abide by Google AdWord rules about affiliate advertising (http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=47164&query=affiliates&topic=&type=f&searchsource=policies&onClick=). Double Serving and other PPC advertising which competes with our own PPC campaigns are strictly prohibited. NOTE: Due to a large number of expensive chargebacks, and the fact that we auto-approve commissions, we suspend affiliates when chargebacks occur.
