We're committed to creating supplement formulations that are 100% backed by peer-reviewed scientific research, to using education and not hype to sell them, and to helping people understand how to eat, exercise, and supplement effectively.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Affiliates may not bid on the Legion trademarks or any variations or misspellings of the trademarks. There will not be bidding on broad terms that would, in turn, combat with brand and trademark variations. Affiliates must also add all trademarked terms to their negative match. Affiliates may be asked to cease bidding on certain terms at any point during the program.
Pop ups, pop unders and co-registration are not permitted for this affiliate program.
Coupon and data feed publishers are allowed to promote the Legion affiliate program.
Incentivized Sites are allowed in the Legion affiliate program only on a case by case basis. If you are using incentivized methods and are not approved by the Pepperjam Affiliate Network quality team, affiliates may be subjected to commission reversal and expiration from the Legion affiliate program. Please contact the Account Manager with any questions.
Email Publishers are allowed in the Legion affiliate program on a case-by-case basis and as long as they are CAN-SPAM compliant. Any partner that wants to run these must contact us prior to this for suppression lists. Any partner that does not contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Downloadable software partners are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in promoting via downloadable software, please reach out to the Account Manager first for approval.
Social media is allowed on a case-by-case basis as well. If you're interested in promoting via social media channels, please reach out to the Account Manager first for approval.
All affiliates must use current promotions that are reflected through banners and text links in Pepperjam otherwise they may be subjected to removal from the program.
