Terms & Conditions

When you join our Affiliate program, you agree to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prohibited Activities

   1.1 No Coupon Websites: Affiliate shall not promote Company’s products or services on any coupon websites.

   1.2 No Ad Hijacking: Affiliate shall not engage in ad hijacking, including but not limited to redirecting traffic from Company’s ads or using deceptive practices to capture traffic intended for Company.

   1.3 No Trademark Bidding: Affiliate shall not bid on Company’s trademarks or any variations thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.

   1.4 No Pay Per Call (PPC): Affiliate shall not engage in pay-per-call advertising for Company’s products or services.

2. Termination

   2.1 Violation of Terms: Any violation of the prohibited activities listed in Section 1 will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and removal from the affiliate program.

   2.2 Reversal or Clawback of Commissions: In addition to termination, any violation of the prohibited activities may result in the reversal or clawback of commissions earned by the Affiliate.

   2.3 Notice of Termination: Company will provide written notice to Affiliate upon termination of this Agreement.

3. Miscellaneous

   3.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

   3.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
