Campaign description:
Låneråd.no – En Del av Axo Finans helps individuals throughout Norway find the best loan without cost or
obligation. We work with 23 Norwegian banks and lenders to find better loan terms for our customers. You
can apply for a loan up to 600 000 kr.
Lead requirements
a) The applicant shall be 25 years of age or older.
b) The applicant shall have a minimum income of NOK 200 000 per year before tax.
c) The following types of employment are not accepted:
student, unemployed, work assessment/rehabilitation
Marketing rules:
All marketing has to be done in accordance to the Norwegian laws.

- You cannot emphasize that it is quick or easy to get a loan
- That it is highly probable to get a loan
- How quickly applications are handled

Required price information text example
As per the Norwegian Financial Agreements Act § 46, a variation of the price information text shown
below must be clearly visible in all marketing information:
Eksempel: Nominell rente 11,9%, effektiv rente 13,71%, lånebeløp kr 100 000 med nedbetaling over 5 år,
kostnad kr 35 914 totalt kr 135 914.
