Jegliches ausstehendes Guthaben, das Ihnen zusteht, wird nicht ausgezahlt, wenn Ihr Account gekündigt wird, weil Sie diese nicht akzeptablen Formen der Werbung und des Angebots eingesetzt haben.

If it comes to our attention that you are using any of the restricted promotional methods, keywords, misspellings, PPC or other restricted actions, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of our cooperation and your participation in the Kiwi.com Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.
Promotional methods we need to evaluate before accepting:

- Promotion of Kiwi.com in newsgroups and/or social media groups/pages
As long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages
At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from Kiwi.com
Restricted promotional methods and traffic:

Unsolicited commercial email (UCE)

- Adware / Spyware

- Fictional and fake promo codes ― it is forbidden to use any promo codes, unless they were exclusively given to you and agreed by Kiwi.com.

- Stealing brand name and impersonating Kiwi.com
Restricted keywords
If you are using paid advertising, for example Google AdWords, you are not allowed to bid on our restricted keywords:
- brand keywords (e.g. skypicker, kiwi.com)
- misspells (e.g. kivi.com, kiwwi.com, kiiwi.com)
- any variations of 'kiwi' word in connection with any means of travel or vacationing (e.g. kiwi flights)
- and hybrid searches (e.g. kiwi.com flights, skypicker cheap fares)
Restricted keywords for domains
You may not use restricted keywords variations or misspellings in your base domain name.
